HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of our ceramic products are handcrafted with care, using slip casting and handbuilding techniques. As with anything handmade, variations in size, shape, color and glaze consistency will occur and are expected. Each piece is truly one of a kind.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We will process your online order within 8 business days, given the items in your order are in stock. Special orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN?

If an item arrives broken or damaged by the shipping process, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a photo to arrange for a replacement. Please hold on to the broken products until the postal insurance is properly processed.

ARE THE PRODUCTS DISHWASHER AND/OR MICROWAVE SAFE?

All items are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing to keep the pieces in the best condition possible. Always use non abrasive detergents.

For microwave use, take the same precautions as when using an oven. To avoid temperature shock, gradual heating and cooling is recommended. Do not place cold or freezing ceramics into a microwave or hot oven).

I SAW A PRODUCT ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA BUT NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE, CAN I STILL PURCHASE IT?

If they are not listed on the website, they are currently not available to purchase online. Some items are exclusively available at selected brick-and-mortar stores or popup markets.
